Buying and selling real estate is an important financial decision for buyers and sellers alike and a topic that Sweeney Estate Agents take seriously.
Effective 1st May, 2017 new price quoting laws came into effect. Estate Agents amendment (underquoting) Act 2016 No 58 of 2016.

These new reforms will streamline price expectations for buyers and sellers when doing research and we embrace this amendment. It is our obligation to provide the following information at all open for inspections, online and to our sellers and potential buyers.
