Reception / Media Co-ordinator position

Our busy Williamstown based Real Estate Office requires a Full-Time Receptionist/Media coordinator. We are looking for a bright, bubbly person with an excellent phone manner and a strong customer service focus.

Customer service is of paramount importance to our business, therefore excellent communication and people skills are a must, along with the understanding that buying, selling and renting a home can be an exciting but stressful time in our clients’ lives.

The position is a great opportunity for further career development. The role will include training.

About You:

  • clerical/administration office experience
  • some experience in a real estate role desirable but not essential
  • comprehensive computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email and Typing
  • capable with web-based applications
  • logical in thought
  • maintain productivity through overlapping demands
  • database input and maintenance
  • empathic approach to all clients
  • eager to assist and be a productive team member
  • work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people

The position will include such duties as:

  • answering phones, taking and distributing messages
  • greeting clients
  • general administration and office duties
  • daily receipting of rent monies
  • sales administration tasks
  • Coordination of marketing campaigns including marketing material and preparation, sales kit preparation and advertising activities
  • Boards, Brochures, Internet Advertising, Window Displays, Sweeney Magazine and social media
  • Working with Sales team in the preparation of marketing submissions as requested
  • Liaising with photographers, floor plan artist and sales team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, support and other staff within the business
