Under the tutelage of Darren Dean and Wayne Sweeney the franchise conducts training and coaching, group buying discounts and a genuine reputation as an iconic real estate brand within our catchment areas. He then spent more than 2 and half years as CEO where he managed Sweeney franchising and conducted many valuable training programs. He is now a Director of the Yarraville and Footscray offices which are consistently one of the top Sweeney offices in our network. Wayne started Sweeney Estate Agents in 1986 and has been hands on and innovative ever since.
